Hey 👋, I'm Leon Revill, I am a Chief Technology Officer, but I’ve never stopped being an engineer.
I’ve spent my career working across the entire stack: web, mobile and large-scale backend systems. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Google Developer Expert, writing a book on jQuery (🤣), being a Pluralsight Author and an international speaker, experiences that taught me the value of continuous learning.
My approach to leadership is simple: I never ask my team to do something I wouldn’t do myself.
I don’t believe in leading from a distance. I believe in servant leadership—clearing the path, removing roadblocks, and getting hands-on when the team needs support. Whether I’m explaining a complex technical strategy to the board or debugging code with a junior developer, my goal is always to be transparent, honest, and accessible.
